Official rules
1. Organiser. The contest is run by App.Deals ("we").
2. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
3. Eligibility. Open to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. People involved in running App.Deals and their immediate families may not win.
4. Entry period. Each monthly contest runs from the first to the last day of the calendar month shown above, ending at 23:59 UTC. Entries received after the end of a period roll into the next period.
5. How to enter. Submit the entry form with a legitimate deal, perk or programme and an explanation. Limit of three entries per person per month. Entries must be your own work, accurate and not promote pirated, unauthorised or misleading offers.
6. Judging. This is a contest of skill, not a lottery. Entries are judged by our editors using the criteria and weights listed on this page. The judges' decision is final.
7. Prize. One winner per period receives the prize stated for that period. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative is offered unless we choose to provide one. If a sponsor donates a prize, the sponsor is named and is responsible for delivering it.
8. Winner notification. We notify the winner by email within 14 days of the period's end. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we may choose another entry.
9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.
10. Publicity. With your permission, we may publish your credit name, entry and country. We never publish your email address.
11. Privacy. Entry details are used to run the contest, as described in our privacy policy.
12. Changes. We may cancel or modify the contest if it cannot run as planned, with notice on this page.
